About Me
I have always been passionate about creating, whether through cooking, crafting, or sewing, which were some of my earliest hobbies. My love for creation took a new turn when I discovered software development—it was truly love at first site in the digital world. After many years as a software engineer (aka Web Developer), I transitioned into a formal leadership role as an Associate Technical Director at the Hot House Agency. There, I honed my communication and storytelling skills by collaborating directly with clients. The experience taught me that the key to building the right solution lies in identifying the real problem first.
Next I moved to a SaaS company, where I led cross-functional teams to build new features. Drawing on my technical expertise and background in software development, I guide teams to prioritize, strategize, and execute effectively.
